This module is going to teach you how to start living an abundant, intentional life with the practice of manifestation and finding vibrational alignment


Watch the videos below, and give yourself 2 - 4 hours to complete the exercises over the week and of course, bring any questions you have to the call.  Don't worry if you can't complete the work before the call, this program isn't about making you feel behind ... you are at the most perfect spot for you at any moment --- don't stress! The calls are designed to help clarify concepts and motivate you along the way!

Set time aside everyday to do your yoga routine and listen to a guided meditation.  Your yoga practice is essential throughout the course to shift and move energy throughout your body, supporting any healing, releasing or shifting of blockages.

Set time aside everyday to listen to the guided meditation(s) for the week, they are an important part of bringing clarity, connection and aligning your energies.  

Manifesting Your Desires

6.0 Why is manifesting our desires so important?

With the frequency of the earth itself having increased, this energetic affect has allowed for more psychic sensitivity in people, as well as the ability to manifest much more quickly ... meaning our thoughts becoming things much more quickly.  So keep those thoughts high and positive and you will see the benefits daily.


Manifestation is happening all around us, but if we break it down into a few principles... here are the ones I follow.  Watch the video and begin to get a FEEL for the manifestation process.


Once you know the feeling states of your desire, you want to activate the feeling states and those individual energies within you and around you as much as possible.  Watch the video and do this exercise:
1. Close your eyes, relax and take a deep breath
2. Think about the thing that you desire.  Think about it in full existence, imagining you are there.  3. Notice 3 feelings that you are experiencing as you experience living your desire
4. Write down the feelings you experienced and practice those feeling states daily to bring you into closer alignment with your desires

6.3 Create vibrational alignment

Play the game of frequency ... when you are a match in frequency to the thing that you want, you can't help but get that thing, that is simply the laws of attraction.  Allow your desires to be your path to personal development and use the journey of finding vibrational alignment with your desires, to be your teacher.
