The Soulfire class came just in time as I needed to get started in my new path of putting myself first. Are you ready for transformation of mind, body & soul --- something non-judgemental and completely different than going to the gym?

Soulfire Fitness Programs combine coaching, yoga, kickboxing and meditation to create a space for intentionally-focused release work, making this the ultimate class for women to relieve stress, learn to love and listen to their body, let go of baggage and start to create a life they love! 

2-hour classes each week include:

•   30-minutes of group empowerment coaching
•   15-minutes of beginner yoga and flexibility
•   45-minutes of cardio kick-boxing release work
•   30-minutes of guided meditation for peace, self-love and emotional balance
* No experience is necessary, all fitness levels are welcome and everyone is instructed to work at their own pace.
