The Soulfire class came just in time as I needed to get started in my new path of putting myself first. Soulfire Fitness Programs combine coaching, yoga, kickboxing and meditation to create a space for intentionally-focused release work, making this the ultimate class for women to relieve stress, learn to love and listen to their body, let go of baggage and start to create a life they love! 

2-hour classes each week include:

•   30-minutes of group empowerment coaching
•   45-minutes of cardio kick-boxing & emotional release work
•   15-minutes of stretching, yoga & deep relaxation
•   30-minutes of guided meditation for self-love and emotional balance
* No experience is necessary, all fitness levels are welcome and everyone is instructed to work at their own pace.

NOVEMBER: 3, 10, 17, & 24 (Sunday's, 9:30am - 11:30am)

DECEMBER: 1, 8, 15, & 22 (Sunday's, 9:30am - 11:30am)

JANUARY: 5, 12, 19, & 26 (Sunday's, 9:30am - 11:30am)

FEBRUARY: 2, 9, 16, & 23 (Sunday's, 9:30am - 11:30am)

MARCH: 1, 8, 15, & 22 (Sunday's, 9:30am - 11:30am)

APRIL: 5, 12, 19, & 26 (Sunday's, 9:30am - 11:30am)
