Module Three
Uncovering limiting beliefs and creating a new narrative.


A large part of personal growth is shedding beliefs that no longer serve you.  This module is going to teach you how to examine and observe your thinking and belief systems for what is true and what isn't, while practicing positive thinking, law of attraction and manifestation.

Don't worry if the exercises are not yet complete prior to the weekly calls.  The calls are designed to help clarify concepts and motivate you along the way!

3.1 You are not your story

In module three we look at 'You are not your story' and the natural experience of ‘clean pain’ such as shock, grief, sadness etc. in contrast with the experience of ‘dirty pain’ which results in suffering from the story that one creates about WHY the situation happened.  For example, I lost my job because I just wasn’t smart enough, or, my marriage fell apart because I am unloveable.” These untrue stories or limiting beliefs are often sources of deep pain, stuck points and the obstacles to our greatness.

3.1 You Are Not Your Story
Beliefs can empower us and they can also stop us in our tracks, keep us stuck for years and limit the life we create for ourselves.  Good news?  These limiting beliefs are JUST thoughts, ones that we can change.  Creating new empowering, limitless narratives for your life and what you are capable of are truly just a thought away.  So dive into the exercise to uncover the truth of what might be holding you back.

3.2 Dealing With Fear

Getting to where you are truly meant to be can sometimes feel scary and you may want to run the other way instead of charging into the ‘unknown’, or learning how to trust in your heart’s wisdom. This module is going to teach you how you can work with your fears to overcome sub-conscious obstacles that hold you back in life.  Let’s get ready to charge forward into the unknown!

3.2 Dealing with Fear
Fear is the opposite of love.  Fear is NOT our natural state of being and so when we feel fear (regardless of it being life-threatening or not) our bodies survival instinct kicks in and we react in fight or flight, with the brain churning out safety thoughts along the way.  This is great if you are in a life-threatening situation but not exactly the kind of help you need when you want to make decisions about your life. So let's get started, it is time to bust through the false fears that have been holding you hostage!

3.3 Using the Law of Attraction

The key with manifesting what you desire is to understand that you can spend all day trying to attract things but if you do not resonate with them (i.e. vibrate at the same frequency) then you can’t attract them. It is not just about wanting and putting an intention out into the universe, it is about having such a strong desire for something that you actually shift your energy/focus to pulling that desire into being. This module is going to tie together the previous 3 modules and show you how you can take ALL of that work and use it to attract and create an extraordinary life.

3.4 Manifestation Meditation

Using guided meditations to manifest abundance in your life is a great way to attract what you desire but also offer your physical body optimum vitality through positive thought and visualization.  Meditation is proven to be helpful for the mental, emotional and physical aspects of the self.

The 3 Principles of Manifestation

Intention

Get clarity on what you want to attract.  What do you want to manifest?

(i.e. my intention was to change careers and create a new business that uses my gifts and talents)

Attention

Notice what comes into your life that speaks to that intention and take any inspired action in the direction of what feels good, exciting and free. Pay attention to connections and synchronicities, as they guide you on the right path.

no tension

Let go! Have NO expectation of the outcome.  Trust that the universe has heard your intention and will deliver something even more amazing than you can imagine. Playing the end feeling state visualization is a great way to carry no tension.  

Here is a Manifestation Trick to Try!

In a place you will see often throughout your day (I use my bathroom mirror and a dry-erase marker), write this question and fill in the blank with what you want to manifest:

“Why is it so easy for me to ‘x’?” 

(i.e. Why is it so easy for me to create a new career that connects to my soul?)

This little question/phrase is a powerful manifestation tool because it puts you in the scenario of already having what you desire and having it with ease.  Repeating this question and day dreaming about having this desire, brings you into the frequency of already having the thing you want.  I use it ALL the time and it hasn't let me down yet. Note: if the thing you want doesn't feel realistic to you, break it down into a step that does, or phrase it in a way that does.  When you repeat this phrase to yourself, you want it to feel attainable.
