- An Evening of Guided MEditation & Messages from Spirit

If you are in need of a Friday night that speaks to your soul, come join us in the beautiful new yoga studio at Yoga Ghar in Binbrook for an evening of candle light, crystals and cards, along with beautiful guided meditations and messages from Spirit.

Everyone is welcome, especially beginners (don't be shy)! Suitable for ages 13+. Meditation crystals available for sale - $10 each.


Caroline is a Martha Beck-Trained Coach, blending spirituality, psychology and science into her practice. She works 1-on-1 and in groups with women who are ready to reclaim their life and create a heart-led business they truly love.

Over the past decade Caroline has studied Reiki, IET, Aqualead, Shamanism, Crystal Healing, Intuitive Development & Meditation, teaching hundreds of women how to access their healing gifts and reclaim their personal power.
