I will talk more about this on the kick-off call but for now, I want you to consider you are an intuitive super-woman (trust me, you are!), and your energy is a dominant part of your operating system. The more awareness you bring to your energy makeup the more you tune to your natural frequency, and begin to navigate life according to your own rhythm. Complete the Energy Exercise below:

1. ASTROLOGY

Look up your Zodiac Sign and on a single blank sheet of paper write down each word that resonates with you, whether perceived to be good or bad.


2. NUMEROLOGY - LIFE PATH NUMBER

Calculate your Life Path Number (birthdate added to a single digit - 03-30-1981 = 3+3+1+9+8+1= 25 = 2+5 = 7) and look up your Life Path Number . Again write down whatever words that resonate, whether perceived to be good or bad.

3. REFLECTION - INTEGRATION - RELEASE - EMPOWERMENT

REFLECTION: Look at any perceived negative qualities in your energy makeup and find the magic they produce … for example, Aries are often impatient and the perception here is that impatience is all ‘bad’ when in fact it disguises super powers …

Super Power: impatience has allowed me to trust my gut and develop my intuition so I can move as fast as possible and strike while the iron is hot.

INTEGRATION: After the exercise above, what do you need to give yourself more permission to do, to be, or to become?

RELEASE: What negative perceptions of your super powers are no longer serving you and what do you need to release to create stronger alignment?

EMPOWERMENT: Why is your unique energy important to your business? Because you have a natural way of BE-ing and navigating life. It is when we honour our own rhythm that we connect with our innate and most successful and intelligent way to grow into what we are meant to become.
