Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Bedding is supplied. We recommend you bring comfortable clothes, a towel, bathing suit, sunscreen, a flashlight, hair dryer, waterproof outdoor wear (if calling for rain), a water bottle, yoga mat (we will have mats available), your own pillow if you can’t sleep without it, bug spray, camera, journal, and warm clothes for evening!
Q. How far in advance should I book my spot?
A. We recommend that you reserve your room as soon as possible to confirm your spot. We are only taking 22 guests, so spaces are limited.
Q. Are there fully working bathrooms and showers?
A. Yes, both cottages are equipped with multiple toilets and showers.
Q. Is there wifi?
A. Yes, but we do invite you to disconnect while on retreat. If you need to connect, please do so discreetly.
Q. I don’t have personal transportation. What are my options?
A. Please email us in advance to see if a carpool can be arranged
Q. I have allergies. Are there any animals living indoors at the cottages?
A. There are no animals, other than those out in their natural habitat
Q. When is check in and check out time?
A. Check in is 4-6pm on Friday, and check out is 2pm on Sunday.
Q. Can you accommodate special diets?
A. We can accommodate a vegan and gluten free diet, and minor food allergies, given 1 week notice. We are unable to accommodate major dietary restrictions or a raw food diet.
Q. Is the yoga suitable for beginners?
A. Classes with Lindsey are suitable for all levels.
