Come out, de-stress, re-balance and get your meditation on! Join a meditation group to practice the art of presence and learn all about the how-tos of meditation, while enjoying  deeply relaxing guided meditations for your mind, body & soul.

$10/per person, per class

What to Expect:
- Meditations are led by Life Coach & Energy Therapist, Caroline Watters
- Guided meditations are for building inner strength, mental health and physical healing
- no experience is necessary
- come solo or bring a friend

What to bring:
- dress comfortably, bring a sweater or blanket
- you may also wish to bring a bottle of water, pillow or yoga mat (yoga mat is optional as gym floor is all mats)
