APRIL: Spring into Summer and Create a Life and Body you love!
Sunday's April 7, 14, 21, 28 (1pm - 3pm)
A 4-week program that combines coaching, yoga, kickboxing and guided meditation to create a space for intentionally-focused release work, making this the ultimate class for women to relieve stress, learn to love and listen to their body and finally let go of the things that no longer serve them.
2-hour classes each week for 4 weeks includes:
• 30-minutes of group empowerment coaching (different topic each month)
• 15-minutes of beginner yoga and flexibility
• 45-minutes of cardio kick-boxing release work
• 30-minutes of guided meditation for peace, self-love and emotional balance
* No experience is necessary, all fitness levels are welcome and everyone is instructed to work at their own pace.
